To grow sailing by leading, inspiring, and supporting sailors and their communities.
Australian Sailing is the governing body for the sport of Sailing in Australia. We are responsible for the administration, promotion and development of sailing. We are a member-based organisation that represent the interests and provides services & support to over 360 clubs across Australia as well as more than 160 accredited Discover Sailing Centres. SAWKR is for women skippers and crews only. It aims to build women’s participation, skills and pathways into sailing, and to build our leadership, competition, and camaraderie.

The Women, Girls and Youth Officials' Mentor Program is designed to help you build your skills, gain valuable insights and learn from experienced National and International officials.
Along the way, you'll become part of a supportive network of officials from across Australia and receive a $250 travel credit to attend an event with your mentor.
The program is open to:
✅ Women officials of any age
✅ Officials of any gender aged 35 and under
