Finally invested in an outdoor dunk tub. Makes sense with the cold weather upon us. A few different motivations for the investment:

✅ Reduce the impact of cold water shock, especially when out on the board
✅ The known health benefits of cold water immersion
✅ Mind over matter

I've been cold showering for a long time but this is something else. The sense of achievement that comes with climbing into the tub in the morning is incredible. This might change when there's a layer of ice on the top 🥶👌💪

A snap from a fairly recent paddle we had on the River Hamble. Possibly the last sunny and warm Sunday that 2023 had to offer. Absolutely glorious!

Throw back to that time we paddled on a man made loch in Scotland. It was before I sunk the drone in the river hamble 😂.

It was a strange paddle knowing there were houses, structures, forests underneath. There was an eerie silence to the place. But like anything, you open your mind and heart to it, and that's what let's you in.

What an experience

As much as we don't want to admit it, the nights are drawing in and the temperature will start to run away from us. What a jerk!

The plan was to do a chilled paddle with but I don’t think that’s possible on an Allstar😆, ended up doing 9K💪🏻
Had a few breaks to enjoy the last of the sunshine☀️

One of our favourite shots from Monday's paddle session last week. It was peaceful, the sun was setting and nature was beaming. Just incredible.

This is why we hit the water right? That new perspective, different experience, another way of seeing the world.

I could probably never take another picture again and have enough to continue posting forever from my trip to Norway, so be prepared. It was the most incredible experience with the most incredible people. My heart is definitely still stuck in the depths of the Norwegian Fjords, and I don't know if it will ever make it back to blighty 😍☺️🌅🏞️
