Woodford is always spot on and speaks his mind on common fitness industry issues,truly a coach to look up to.
24 hour gyms all undercutting each other to gain members. Literally just saw a sign saying 24/7 gym only $5.95 per week LOL.
What a saturated industry...
So many gyms you would think the standard of knowledge of trainer would increase but sadly due to the rise of the "social media" trainer (eg knows more about selfies & writing some stupid quote on believing in yourself) we have seen a lower level of education needed. It's a sad a day when learn more about social media tricks than learning the science behind obtaining long term results for their clients.
Also a side note ...you do not need fancy equipment to reach your health and fitness goals. Contrary to popular belief all you need is a barbell and some weight plates ...that's it! Complex is not better ...simplistic works 99% of the time. F**k fancy.
