Winter Training is the best time to start reaching for your goals, came train in a safe, secure environment, with awesome like-minded people.

ZTF Offers:
-12 small group sessions a week (max 5)
-Hybrid Training, face to face and zoom available
- clean safe equipment, washed after every session
- fun and varied sessions suited to all fitness level

Now is the time to kick some goals, get on board, limited spots available due to small session sizes.
