Finding your people changes everything.
The ones who want the same things.
The ones who don’t blink when you say, “one more rep” or “let’s hold pace.”
The ones who call you out when you’re cruising… and drag you forward when you’re cooked.
Same goals. Same standards. Same hunger.
No ego—just accountability, sweat, and progress.
You push them.
They raise the bar.
Suddenly “hard” becomes normal and “impossible” becomes the plan.
If you haven’t found them yet, keep showing up.
If you have—don’t let go.
Because momentum is built alone…
but breakthroughs happen together.

Easy day on the ergs today. Hands down the best machines I have ever used, if you have not used any of the concept 2 equipment you are missing out. High intensity cardio with low impact.
Smashed out 20kms in 60 minutes 😁💪🏻

Been a while since I've posted, been busy with work, family, Christmas, gym etc. But this memory came up on my wife's Facebook and it blew my mind 🤯 in a good way. I spent most of my life chasing some sort of fitness goal but from the age of around 27-28 until about 34-35 I fell off the wagon completely and neglected myself in a big way, maybe I got too comfortable being a new father 🤷🏻
The photo at the beach I was only 30 years old (prime years) the other photo was taken just the other day after a kettlebell circuit in my camp room I am now 39 years old. When you have had enough of living a certain way and adopt the mindset to change nothing will stop you!! It's a long road but one worth travelling. I hope this post reaches far and wide and if it helps change just one person's mindset then it's a success. 😁l hope everyone had a great Christmas and has a happy new year 🎉

The unofficial results of my first competitive rowing race on the in the Australian Indoor Rowing Championships in the 30 - 39 men's open class. I tried my hand in the 1 minute sprint and the 500m sprint, I'm happy with my results for my first time considering I've only been training on the rower since July this year 😁
Plenty of room for improvement, so back to the gym to boost these times 💪🏻
