We managed to to get out and see some of the Australian rally championship Luckily a farmer near Gumeracha was nice enough to let us watch from his paddock.

Raced at Monarto last weekend was a character building sort of weekend might have been some snails on the infield giving us a run for our money.
Anyway nothing as exciting as our wild ride at Warnambool.

Vcs Warnambool was a interesting weekend nice track and we had a good first day making some good progress
Qualified 20th needed to make some big setup changes. heat 1 14th heat 2 10th out of a 24 kart field.
Day 2 heat 3 had someone try to drive over us finished 16 final had someone actually drive over us finished 20th

Luckily Diesel only had some minor bruises on his hand

We also picked up our encouragement awarded from the last round 😀

A hot lap around Wimmera we are looking forward to our next VCS adventure and having a crack at another new track for us Warnambool in a couple of weeks 😎

This race start scored Diesel his second trip to the officials for the weekend 2 wheels outside the tram lines 🙈 ok if you say so 1st trip was for being 4kg under weight but fine next time with no changes lol luckily both decisions made no real difference to us.

Over the weekend we travelled over to the Wimmera kart club for our first VCS round. it was a fun event and a good learning experience we found ourselves running mid pack in the 26 kart field. every race start seemed to be hectic but with plenty of trips taken through the grass trying to avoid others.

Final day of FSC run and won congratulations to Abel Dutton on the win.
Diesel drove really well all weekend and in a proud dad moment crossed the finish line in 3rd place in the final. A massive turn around from where we were.
Unfortunately we did not pass the scrutineers with something that gave no performance gain The rear bar was too narrow😮‍💨.
But this is where dad got even prouder Diesel took it so well knowing exactly what we achieved over the weekend kids got enough lumps of plastic on the shelf anyway 😉
A big thanks to the pittam motosport crew for all the help and advanced motosport on a fantastic job getting our motor up to scratch.

FSC day one we have found our feet qualified 4th and finished the first 2 heats 4th close behind 3rd. Hopefully we can keep things going tomorrow.

Finally got out for some practice to test some setup changes and was able to make some good progress, destroying our previous best time. At Southern go kart club
