Last week was one of those beautiful reminders that life is meant to be lived… not just rushed through 🩷
5 fun-filled days in Bali with girlfriends laughing until our stomachs hurt, switching off from routine and making memories I’ll treasure forever… followed by another 6 days slowing down with my family, relaxing, reconnecting and truly recharging.
And while I feel incredibly grateful for experiences like this, I never take them for granted.
Over the years, I’ve worked intentionally to build a life and business that allows space for these moments. Not perfectly. Not without sacrifice or hard work. But with purpose.
Because success to me isn’t just about business growth or achievement anymore…
It’s about freedom.
Presence.
Health.
Balance.
Experiences.
And making memories with the people you love most 💞
The laundry, emails and busy schedules will always be there… but these moments? These are the things that fill your cup and stay with you forever.
Feeling very grateful today ☀️
What’s one memory from this year so far that’s made you stop and think… “this is what life’s about”? ✨

Trying to juggle your health, work, kids… and everything else? Same.
And if you’ve been feeling like your own health keeps slipping to the bottom of the list, I can assure you, you’re not alone 🙋🏽♀️
I see this every single week with the women I work with.
Not because they don’t care…
but because they’re carrying a lot, life is busy and our bodies have changed.
The mistake most women make?
👉🏼 Trying to do everything perfectly
The shift that actually works?
👉🏼 Doing a few things consistently and stop trying to be perfect or compare yourself to others
Because in this season of life, it’s not about having more time… it’s about having something that fits your life.
For me, my non-negotiable is simple:
✨ Movement minimum 4x per week no matter what that looks like (with incidental movement and recovery on the other days)
Some weeks it’s strong gym sessions and sauna sessions
Some weeks it’s a walk, a shorter workout or adjusting the intensity
But I don’t skip it, I just adapt it. This has been a game changer for me! 🙌🏼
That one habit keeps me grounded, energised and consistent… even when life feels full.
Now I want to hear from you 👇🏼 😘
What’s ONE non-negotiable you know would make the biggest difference for you right now? Share and I will help keep you accountable!

I don’t train like I used to… and honestly, I wouldn’t want to.
There was a time where it was all about pushing harder, doing more, chasing that “burn” and feeling like every workout had to leave me exhausted to count.
Now? It looks different.
More intention.
More awareness.
More respect for what my body actually needs and not just what I think it should be doing.
Because this season of life asks for something different. And because I’m super passionate about this, it is something I go much deeper on in my popular ebook ‘Strong, Sharp, Unstoppable’.
It’s not about proving anything anymore.
It’s about supporting my body so I can keep showing up, in my workouts, my business, my family and my life.
And here’s the thing most women don’t realise…
👉 You don’t need to train harder as you get older
👉 You need to train smarter and listen to your body
Less punishment.
More purpose.
That shift changes everything.
🩷 If you’ve been feeling like what used to work isn’t working anymore, trust me, it’s not you. It’s just time for a different approach. Don’t be scared of change. Embrace it.
Tell me 👇🏼
Do you feel like your body has changed in the way it responds to training? Or are you still trying to do what you’ve always done? Let’s have this conversation together…..

Today I had the privilege of speaking to an incredible group of corporate women and men at BDO’s BWell initiative on the topic of ‘sustainable health and wellbeing’, and honestly I could have talked for hours.
The room was full of high-performing people in accounting working long hours, high stress, constant demands and the pressure to be ‘always-on’…. Sound familiar?
I talked about the real roadblocks from decision fatigue, to guilt around self-care, burnout signs, the myth that you need to be perfect to start and how to build habits that actually stick. And we talked about what actually works: small shifts, consistency over intensity and giving yourself permission to prioritise you.
The engagement was awesome. Seeing the head nods when I talked about being ‘too tired’ to work out but knowing movement is exactly what you need.
The questions were thoughtful. And the feedback afterward? That’s the stuff that fuels me. I’m so grateful to get to do this, whether it’s coaching in the gym or speaking to groups like this on topics I am so passionate about. Both are about the same thing: helping people feel strong, capable, and in control over their health, fitness and wellbeing.
If you’re someone who knows what to do but struggles to do it… you’re not alone. And you don’t need another overwhelming plan. You just need to start with one small thing.
Thanks to BDO for having me. This is the work that lights me up. This is one of my favorite parts of what I do, stepping outside The Studio (and my comfort zone) to share what I’ve learned (often the hard way) and hopefully making someone’s health journey feel a little less overwhelming.
