Faceless selfie. Hitting delts 3 x a week to bring them out more. I have been told by Surgeons I have permanent nerve damage from a Spinal injury, which pretty much makes my right delt and bicep about 75% weaker then my left side. Over the past 20 months I have continued to persevere and results have been very slow, but nonetheless they have still been results. Progress is progress. Adapt and overcome, set backs occur in life but it is up to you to accept defeat or laugh in the face of defeat.
