Due to the COVID-19 situation COTA SA is following the SA Govt advice and suspending its face to face activities. We also highlight that Government directions require:

• Gyms, recreation centres, trampoline/play cafes to close (expected duration of 2 weeks)
• Community sports fixtures and training temporarily cancelled (expected duration of 2 weeks).
Note: this applies to indoor and outdoor sports, contact and non-contact. Outdoor fitness activities still allowed.

In line with this, SFL participants can expect their usual SFL sessions to be suspended until early December. We recommend they check with their individual providers for further confirmation. We'll continue to update our website as we find out more https://cotasa.org.au/sfl.aspx
