💗 Dear Students,
We’re very happy to invite you to another deeply nourishing Soundbathexperience at Adelaide Ashtanga Yoga Shala on Saturday, May 23rd from 4 – 5pm (doors open from 3:30pm).
After the beautiful energy of our last gathering, we’re looking forward to once again settling into an afternoon of rest, stillness, sound, and gentle connection together. This special offering will take place during our Chandra Restorative class and is open to absolutely everyone, with no prior experience necessary.
Together, we’ll slow down, soften, and be immersed in the calming vibrations of sound in a warm, comfortable space designed to help you rest, reset, and receive.
Once again, our soundscape will be provided by Maryam Rahmani .sntour, who, this time, will be playing the “Kamancheh” and “Dutar”. You can learn more about Maryam here: https://www.liminalmag.com/5-questions/maryam-rahmani.
To help us manage numbers in the room, please RSVP by replying to this email, sending us a text message, or letting us know in person at the Shala if you plan to attend.
Bring your bolster and come join us to slow down, restore, and gently rebalance your nervous system through the healing energy of supportive sound.
There is no cost for AAYS members to attend. Visiting students are warmly welcome and may either use a class card or pay the usual casual class 🙏🏻☺️💗.
