Grunt it out!! 😬😤

To say that these challenges are hard is not accurate at all 😳🙌 at this point every rep felt like hell! (Except maybe the first rep 🤔😂) getting yourself to the wall and trying to push through it every week, while being the hardest thing you’ll do, has such a big pay off 🔥🔥 thanks for helping me keep going ☝️☝️ that’s 4 down 8 to go! BRING IT ON!! 💪🔥

Do you even stretch bro? 🤔

Recently I’ve discovered I’m very BOT flexible 😂 put together a little stretch routine with a couple yoga poses thrown in there 🔥

Stretching isn’t just good for the muscles it’s definitely good for the mind. Slow everything down and take everything in! I’m no yogi or anything but definitely started something here 🤔 get around it kids, a good stretch will save you from injury later 🙌

Quick gains?! 🤭💪
Even though I’m training less than before I’m back in a progressive overload phase and making relatively quick gains! 💪 why? What am I doing different? I’m keeping ME accountable! Every week I right down what I did, next week I beat it. Pure and simple. This is my latest for the bent over rows 4/12 @ 90kgs 🤭😏

Keep yourselves accountable people, it’s you vs you and at the end of the day who’s going to be most upset if you slack off and don’t achieve your goals? YOU 😱👌

Time is no excuse! 🤭

You know I understand we’re all busy people, I GET IT! but nothing should stop you from getting what you want. If you want to get a good job, study, you want a good house or car, you save, you want to lose weight or get stronger, you train! No matter when or how you will make time for what’s important, and what’s more important than your health?

BIG CHANGES!! 🤩🤪

Before I start, look at this bunch of absolute champions! If it wasn’t for you guys my last two years would’ve been pretty lame 😝🤘

So as you may have picked up, my time as a personal trainer at Goodlife is done! 😳🤭 HOWEVER, I’m not leaving the fitness industry just yet. As much as I have loved being at Goodlife. Not only the awesome crews at North Adelaide and Adelaide city Goodlife’s, but the time I got to spend with my clients helping them along their fitness journey were massive highlights! ☺️💪 That being said I have to be keep moving forward! 🙌

How you ask? OFF TO UNI! (If they let me in that is 😂😂)

SO! I’ll be coaching at an awesome establishment called EFM health clubs 💪 if you don’t know who they are, definitely check them out! I’ve only been around a short time but already feel so welcomed into the family, I’m looking forward to being here while I complete my years of study! 🧐🤓

Sad, exciting, scary and motivating times are ahead! To see me off myself and my Active plus crew went out the other night for some drinks and foods which was a very fitting end to an awesome era! Thank you guys for your support and hard work, I hope you can keep all the gains we got together 🙌🤗💪

This is how a “physique update” is done right? 😈🍑😂🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Hahaaaaa anyway for those of you who are interested it’s been about 6 months since my Comp and boy has it been fun eating ALL THE FOODS! 🍱🍛🍔🍳🥩

In terms of strength most of my lifts are back up to (and above) where I was pre-prep. Weight is roughly 4-5kg up from pre-prep weight (and 15kg up from my smollest)💪💪

I guess my point of this is, right now, I’m not only at my heaviest but my happiest! I have ups and downs like anyone but training when I want (still 3-5 times a week) eating what I want (to a certain extent) and going out doing the social stuffs has left me real happy with life!🕺

Whatever your goal is just make sure it doesn’t consume you! Life is for the living so get out there and LIVE!! 🤷‍♂️🙌🙌

Has insta been the same while I was gone?! 🧐

So it’s been a while my friends (AGAIN) This time I’ve been off just sorting my life out, going to uni soon so lots of study, starting a new job and finishing up my last one, and just generally trying to restore some kind of routine to my life and tbh social media does not become a priority a lot of the time! 🤔🙌

That being said I’m back and get ready for some tan-rowe action comin at ya! 🤩🔥

It’s been a while my friends! 🙌

Haven’t posted in a long time, and not due to the fact I’m not doing anything! I’ve just been taking some time off social media and reorganising my priorities n all that other adult stuff! 🤪

That being said here’s another challenge for ya! You’ve seen the burpee superset challenge, now comes the skipping superset!! Whatever you do, just chuck some skipping on the end get that heart rate up and the good hormones pumpin! Skipping is awesome for cardio and great for those pesky calf muscles 💪 plus great for the b***y too so why not? 🍑
