Wow what an amazing past 2 days we’ve had.
17 coaches from a range of different sports from all around SA have come together for an awesome PD opportunity. With behind the scenes observations, insight & discussions towards all things high performance sport, coaching & leadership.

It’s Fantastic to be able to support progressive & curious coaches invest in their own development towards becoming better coaches & leaders.

It was great to observe & listen to the collaboration between coaches of 2 different football codes. Our group all took away a lot from the experience.

We are loving getting out & supporting clubs, coaches & teams across all sports as they strive to reach their full potential.

As sport coaches / leaders we get so caught up with what we are doing within our own programs that we tend to not look outside of our own bubble. From my own coaching journey & experiences, "my light bulb moment" was when I discovered the significant value of observing other sport programs & engaging with other sports coaches. (The insight & learnings are huge).

The below tour here in Adelaide in April, offers a great Coach PD learning opportunity across many different sports & coaches.
