NOTES
Footwear – games are on grass. Pitch will be watered at half time so either move quickly or get damp!
Kit – to be given out at hubs if possible or on match day. Note – no change facilities. Come changed under track suits or use public toilets.
All participants – be ready to adapt to changes in plans as we go, latecomers, injuries and last-minute withdrawals may require a quick change of plans.
Blue and White team – select a Captain, select your starting 6 and 2 interchange subs. Ensure constant rotation so everyone gets a fair run
