Hi All, in 4 weeks I, along with my team will be participating in the 24 Hours of Heroes challenge.
This challenge is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for defence force personnel who have suffered/ are suffering from PTSD relating to their service.
A huge number of defence workers lose their life to su***de each year, itβs actually extremely shocking to see the statistics.
My team and I will do a fairly gruelling CrossFit workout at the top of each hour for 24 hours, we camp out at the gym together to do this.
It will be extremely hard and will push us, but itβs nothing in comparison to what our veterans do for us.

Meet Megan!

I take most of the 5:30pm beginner & 9:30am morning sessions.
My goal for each class is that it be the best hour of your day. I love having big chats and even bigger giggles.
CrossFit to me is the one and only exercise regime that I believe has kept me motivated, interested and given me results.
When you enjoy something so much it makes it very easy to share with other people!
