πΏ Closing our physical yoga studio πΏ
After much deep reflection we have made the decision to close our physical studio at the end of May.
Yoga Theory is not ending. It is changing its primary services and offerings adapting to a changing world.
β¨ Retreats and teacher training will become our main focus
β¨ Community offerings and corporate yoga classes will continue
β¨ Yoga Theory will continue without a fixed location, for now.
Classes will continue until Sunday June 1st.
If you have a class pass, please use it before then. Memberships will automatically be stopped before close of group classes. For simplicity, we will now only be offering single class passes and they will be reduced in price to reflect the change.

From its humble beginnings offering free yoga classes to Uni students, it has grown into a strong brand that has hosted international retreats, a thriving yoga school and a team that has facilitated some of the biggest yoga classes in Adelaide.Β
I am so proud of what we have built togetherβthousands of hours of movement, breath, stillness, and laughter. This studio has held so much love and transformation for both teachers and students, and myself and the team are endlessly grateful for every person who has stepped through the doors."

New Yoga Anatomy & Breathwork Class
Starting this Friday, Ben is offering a Yoga Anatomy & Breathwork class every Friday at 9:30 AM. This class is designed to deepen your understanding of the body and breath, enhancing your practice from the inside out.
Bonus for Yoga Theory Teacher Training Graduates: If you've completed the training, this class is free as part of your continued learning journey and to stay connected to the studio!
