Sad sad news that Bruce Behenna passed away yesterday after a long battle with illness
Bruce was recruited by the Aces from Port Augusta in 1994 and played his first game for the Aces {as we all did} at the 1994 Alice Springs Masters Games
Bruce also played in the first Aussie Aces team in 1998 and played in Beziers France in 2009.
RIP mate regards from everyone in the Aces family to Tristan and Jason and families.

Very Sad ... Ray Hann a long-time baseball coach and Adelaide Aces player from 1994 Alice Springs Masters and other series passed away this week. Ray bravely struggled with illness for the last 18 months. Even so he continued his passion with music as a presenter on Coast FM, a volunteer spot he held for a number of years.
Our condolences to Judy and his children and grandchildren from the Aces, everyone at the Southern Districts baseball club and the wider Adelaide baseball community, where Ray was a respected coach of many junior teams over several years.

This F'ing too sad ...😢

It is with a heavy and broken heart that i want to inform all friends and family that mum Karen Whelan sadly passed away in the early hours this morning, she put up one hell of a fight after a battle with some health issues however it was too much on her body
The family are devastated as mum was the glue of the family and she will be greatly missed
Rest in peace mum I love you with everything I've got
Give Sammy a hug from all of us.
