Agenda:

1. Welcome and meeting chair appointed
2. Attendance Register and confirmation of quorum
3. Approval of previous minutes
4. Presentation of Annual Report (inc. President's Report, Treasurer's Report and Financial Statements)
5. Election of committee members
6. Special Resolutions (if any, inc. voting on Life Membership nominations)
7. Motions with Notice
8. Questions without Notice
9. Meeting close

Members can, by email to [email protected]:

- confirm your attendance or apologies for the AGM

- obtain a copy of the previous minutes

- submit a life membership nomination

- submit a notice of motion to be voted on at the AGM (no later than 14 days prior to the AGM)

- submit nominations for Committee (no later than 14 days prior to the AGM) - secretary & 3 general committee positions

- appoint a proxy (must be a current member) to vote on your behalf

- request a copy of the Constitution

- request a copy of the current (or previous) Annual Report

The **Crippled Crows** are venturing out of the nest and making the trip to take on the **Old Pirates** this **Sunday, 12th July**, with kick-off at **12:00pm**!

Think you've still got a sidestep? Fancy dusting off the boots and reliving the glory days?

**The Old Pirates are always looking for new recruits!** If you're **35 years or older**, come along, pull on a jersey, and enjoy a social game of rugby. It's all about having a run, sharing a few laughs, and catching up with old and new mates—no matter your experience or fitness level.

🍽️ **Lunch will be available after the game:**
🐟 Garfish, chips & salad
🍗 Marinated chicken tenderloins, chips & salad
