YMCA Glengowrie We at the YMCA strive to assist your child to develop and improve their physical fitness.

Glengowrie YMCA offers a wide variety of gym sport programs for your children. Our aim is to provide quality programs run by professional and qualified staff. We at the YMCA strive to assist your child to develop and improve their physical fitness, self-discipline and social skills and to reach their full athletic potential, in a fun and safe environment. We are a recreational gym club with competition opportunities however we aim to run FUN sessions for all ages and abilities, and help children enjoy and PARTICIPATE in the sport of gymnastics.

NEW MINI GYM CLASS 🤸‍♀️

We’ve added a new Mini Gym class to our timetable at YMCA Gymnastics Glengowrie! 💜

📅 Tuesdays at 4:00pm

Our Mini Gym classes help little ones build confidence, develop coordination and balance, and have fun learning new skills in a supportive environment.

Enrolments are now open! Sign up via the link in our bio.

Community happens every day in our YMCA SA spaces. This R U OK? Day, we encourage you to take a moment and ask the question.

⚡ Here's the R U OK? Day 4️⃣ FOUR STEP PLAN to start the important conversation with someone you know who might be struggling:
1. Ask: Pick a good time and place, then ask how they're really going.
2. Listen: Take what they say seriously, without judging or rushing them.
3. Encourage action: Help them think through small steps, or point them towards support.
4. Check in: Follow up in a couple of weeks. Staying in touch matters.
