Last week, YMCA South Australia celebrated with their 2026 Awards for Excellence at Jackson Square - The Venue, to recognise the people and services bringing local communities together 🏆

On the night, State Sports Park Gymnastics took out the Active Excellence Team Award. "This recognition belongs to our whole team," said Haydn Bellamy, Recreation Development Manager. "It reminds us why we do this work. Building confidence and community, one child at a time, one class at a time, for everybody." Also, Seaford Gymnastics Program Director Jessica Guare too out the Rising Star Award further recognising her leadership and program development at Seaford Gymnastics - a truly well-deserved award!!!

This new Glengowrie program is built for girls who love being active and are keen to learn new skills. Classes focus on fun and building fundamentals, with a clear pathway into the competitive aerobic levels for gymnasts who want to take it further.

Meet our SATURDAY AEROBICS GYMNASTICS coach, Tiarne!

The new Saturday Aerobics program, for 6-9 year old girls, will be led by Tiarne; Level 10 aerobic gymnast, and the 2025 Gymnastics South Australia Aerobics Levels Athlete of the Year!

She brings competitive experience and a love of the sport to every session. All our amazing coaches hold current working-with-children checks, and we're proud to be an accredited child safe organisation.
