There truly is something for everyone here at the Y

The YMCA is a community based charity that delivers programs and services to help build strong people, strong families and strong communities from over 500 YMCA centres across Australia. We work in partnership with government, non-profit groups and partners to provide programs and services to more than 500,000 Australians every week in health and fitness, recreation, accommodation, child care, camping, youth and family services. Our Windsor Gardens facility has a huge Gymnasium in which we run our gymnastics and parkour programs, and gymnastics themed birthday parties. If you haven't been recently, why not come down and have a free tour of our facilities today, and like the page to stay up to date with latest news and exciting activities happening with us.

💛 Today is R U OK? Day!

Community happens every day in our YMCA SA spaces. This R U OK? Day, we encourage you to take a moment and ask the question.

⚡ Here's the R U OK? Day 4️⃣ FOUR STEP PLAN to start the important conversation with someone you know who might be struggling:
1. Ask: Pick a good time and place, then ask how they're really going.
2. Listen: Take what they say seriously, without judging or rushing them.
3. Encourage action: Help them think through small steps, or point them towards support.
4. Check in: Follow up in a couple of weeks. Staying in touch matters.
