A lot of people think that eating "healthy" is boring and your constantly hungry.... It couldnt be further from the truth! I encourage clients to eat 5 meals a day! Add as much colour as possible and be creative! Try a new recipe every week to keep it fresh!

Heres an easy recipe for kangaroo salad:

Dice a small sweet potato and bake in the oven.
Slice an onion and as much capsicum as required and cook in a large pan with garlic and chilli.
Add kangaroo strips and cook for a couple of minutes.
Mix together spinach,cherry tomatoes and feta cheese and dress.
Add the kangaroo mix and the sweet potato to the salad and eat!
