General information
$100 per night Mon-Thurs (minimum 3 nights)
$120 per night for term school holidays (minimum 4 nights)
$140 per night for Easter (minimum booking of 4 nights)
$140 per night for Christmas / January school holidays (minimum booking of 7 nights)
* A $60 cleaning fee is charged to all bookings (who wants to be cleaning a house at the end of a relaxing holiday?)
