Worried about covid, then train outdoors in the fresh air, happy for you to take weights etc outside as long as you return them after use.
To all our members, the new restrictions will not affect us, the low cost gyms may have issues with density issues, clearly the risk increases with those gyms with the thousands of members, more reasons why Pulse is the best!

Pulse Xmas Show Fri 17th Dec from 7.30pm till late, some drinks and food will be supplied, bring your prefered drink and come mingle, all welcome, if you were at last years show you will know not to miss this one!
*Will be held in the outdoor area of the gym.

As many of you have heard we will be closing at midnight tonight due to new covid restrictions until we are advised otherwise, we will keep you updated as the information is made available.
Hopefully many of you can still remain active and keep some form of exercise in your daily routine..
