Every member receives an individualised exercise program written by a qualified Exercise Physiologist, plus access to all our group classes, including boxing, balance, Pilates, yoga and circuit.

Today we hosted the first session in our Wellbeing Series, and it was a strong turnout with great engagement throughout. The session offered a practical, in-depth look at how people can better understand and maximise strength training as they age, with interactive discussion and real-world takeaways.
