Term 4 is almost here and things are about to get BUSY at Ground Force! Between welcoming new dancers, finding the perfect class and preparing for our biggest performances of the year, we know you've got questions!
So, we're answering our TOP 3 MOST ASKED QUESTIONS! 👀
1️⃣ CAN WE STILL JOIN IN TERM 4?
ABSOLUTELY! 🙌 Whether you're brand new to dance or looking for a fresh start, our doors are open all term long, with FREE TRIALS available!
✨ A little showcase reminder: If you'd like to participate in our End-of-Year Showcase, you'll need to enrol by Week 3.
From Week 3, our teachers will be finalising choreography, formations and dancer positions to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared for the stage.
Joining after Week 3? You're still SO welcome! You can continue attending classes, learning new skills and being part of the Ground Force community, but you won't be able to participate in this year's showcase.
2️⃣ WHEN IS THE END-OF-YEAR SHOWCASE?
📅 16th & 17th December
📍 Golden Grove Recreation Centre
Two days of celebrating everything our dancers have worked towards throughout the year! The confidence, the friendships, the hard work and those unforgettable moments under the lights. 🥹

3️⃣ WHAT CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME OR MY CHILD?
This is one of our FAVOURITE questions because there's truly something for everyone! 🫶
From our tiniest Lil Groovers learning through play, to beginners finding their confidence, experienced dancers wanting to challenge themselves and adults ready to give dance a go!

A day in the life of a dance mum & daughter duo:
DANCE COMP EDITION ⚡️

Coffee. Gym. Early school pick-up. Snacks packed. Dinner at a questionable hour. Hair. Makeup. Costumes. Steam EVERYTHING. Get dressed. Get out the door. 😂

Then someone needs sugar.
Someone can’t find something.
There are costume bags everywhere.

And somehow… WE MAKE IT. 🙌🏼
The dancers are dressed, the mums have ch*****ne in hand 🥂, and suddenly all the running around, organising, packing, driving and chaos becomes completely worth it.
Because then you get to sit back and watch them walk onto that stage with their friends and absolutely LIGHT IT UP. 🥹🖤

Then it’s back in the car, home, one final mirror selfie and officially signing off at 12:30am. ✅

Exhausted? Yes.

Would we do it all again?

ABSOLUTELY.

For dancers ready to take their hip hop and performance to the next level.
Our Elite Performance Crew will compete and perform at competitions, showcases, special events and performance opportunities across Adelaide and beyond throughout 2027.

When the doors are closed, they’re just rooms.

An empty foyer.
An empty floor.
Quiet mirrors waiting for another day.

But then you arrive. 🖤

The foyer is FULL OF EXCITEMENT.
The studio is FULL OF CONFIDENCE.
Lil Groovers is FULL OF JOY.🌈

The music starts.
The counts begin.
Feet hit the floor.
Laughter fills the foyer.
Friends find each other.

And just like that, the whole place comes alive.

Because Ground Force has a sound, and you don’t just hear it.

You feel it. ⚡️

For now, it’s a little quieter while we break for the school holidays. ☀️ Stay safe, enjoy the sunshine and rest those dancing feet.

Then come back for Term 4 with renewed energ, ready to fill these rooms all over again. 🖤

From Book Week dress-ups to an amazing comp season, plenty of hilarious TikToks and the first rehearsals for our end-of-year showcase… we’ve packed a whole lot into this term!
We’ve loved watching our dancers grow in confidence, cheer each other on and make memories together, with plenty of laughs along the way. 🤭
