The 2026 Hertz PSL champ is going WorldTour 🫡

Oliver Bleddyn has signed his first pro contract with Team Jayco AlUla (GreenEdge Cycling) for 2027–28!

Oli took out the Hertz PSL Men's League in March, with a stage win at the Tour of Tasmania and the Harbour City GP overall along the way. Add in a national TT silver, an Olympic gold from Paris and a Commonwealth Games gold this year, and that's one serious engine 😮‍💨

After two months riding with the team as a stagiaire, he's now officially part of the crew. What a year, Oli. Congratulations!

See you at the Santos Tour Down Under? 👀🇦🇺

Hitting the road in Europe...
While an overseas experience during a school term for students often comes about through a student exchange program, or international trips offered as part of language or other studies, or perhaps a family holiday – for Declan P (Year 11), this year it was all about getting more of a taste of what professional cycling might look like. After just 18 months of competitive cycling, he was one of only four promising young cyclists from Australia chosen to travel to Europe and experience what Declan called ‘next level’ competition. He returned with three wins and two second places to show for it. Declan has shared his story with the CCG community – to read his fascinating insights about what has been a whirlwind 18 months in his life, see our News and Events carousel at the bottom of our website homepage, or click here: https://christiancollege.vic.edu.au/homepage-carousel-a-summer-in-europe-takes-declan-to-the-next-level/
