A pull-up!? 😯😏🤯
Sara has been working on chin ups for a while and recently got her goal of 3 continuous chin ups, which on its own is unreal.
But then, completely by accident, she got her first EVER pull-up.
"Wait, did I just do a pull-up instead of a chin up?" 🤣
The only way to know for sure was to have another crack - and here it is!

(We had another woman in her 60s get her first pull-up the next day doing the same plan!)

We had a couple of massive milestones at the gym this morning!
Chris hit 700 workouts and Ellen hit 800!! 💪
They're both truly phenomenal individuals who have found a way to make exercise part of their normal routine over many years.
Well done legends, you're awesome!

Sunday week (May 31) I will be walking to help raise funds for the Mary Potter Foundation to honour the best client and friend anyone could hope to have.
Mary Potter took such good care of Mez and her family when they needed it most that we are wanting to help them provide that same warmth and care to others going through the worst.

Challenge recovery goes on tour!
This year, we've added some group recovery sessions back into the strength challenge.
I've discovered after years of experimentation how important light movement is when recovering from heavy training.
These guys have been working really hard, so this helps relieve some sore, stiff muscles.
It was a lovely morning at Woodville West Reserve this morning as we prepare for a big week in the challenge next week!!

Wow!
I'm never shocked at the start of a challenge. I know these guys have it in them.
But damn is it cool to see it unfold!
Challenge 8 is underway and if the start is any indication, these guys are gonna go BIG!!
