Changes we’ve made in the last 12 months 🙌🏻

Some of these were from early 2025 before our make-over, and a few were from late 2025.

We care about the experience you get at our Gym.

We hear your feedback, we make sure our equipment is always working & if something breaks, it gets fixed asap.

And if you think we’re even close to being done…You couldn’t be further from the truth!

Our free Weights section has had a big upgrade in 2025, and this year we want to bring in some nice new machines for our members. Starting with the leg extension we brought in last week 🔥

Both of our old machines were in working order, but we felt as though an upgrade would be nice.

Unlike other gyms, our owner actually trains at the gym. And so he also wants high quality equipment 😂

We will continue to upgrade & level up for you.
So please be respectful when using all gym equipment, use a towel, wipe it down after use, and please try not to slam the weights.

You look after the equipment, we don’t have to spend money on repairing it & instead get to continue upgrading the gym 👌🏼

Hey Everyone! Just a friendly reminder that the gym is for Members only & our casual visits are $15.

Now we do have camera’s, and have caught a few people sneaking their friends in after staffed hours lately😱

Please be advised that if you are caught doing this from here forwards, you will be banned & your photo will be posted all over social media.

We don’t like having to post these kinds of messages online, but we are trying to run a small business & sneaking in your friends for free is disrespectful to not only us that keep the gym running…

But also to all our other amazing members who pay to use the facilities.

We will not be this forgiving next time.

Updated staffed hours: ⬇️

We take our equipment maintenance incredibly seriously here at Active Nation Gym ⬇️

As you all know, we are always looking for ways to not only improve the gym by adding in NEW equipment, but we also take good care of the equipment we already have!

We also never have equipment out of order and on the rare occasion something happens, it is fixed within the week!

Dan is our maintenance man (and ex gym owner!)
& comes down every 3 months to ensure all equipment is in perfect condition, so if you see him around make sure to say hi!

Does your gym stay on top of it’s maintenance every 3 months like they’re supposed to? 👀
