🌟Commencing Monday 19 January. Come and join us for Yoga!
🌟What to expect? If you have never tried yoga or have been practicing for a while, the class will meet you wherever you are at-physically and mentally. Each class is different but maintains a focus on connecting to your breath ( how often do you stop and take check of your breathing- breath in - breath out). There is movement that will sometimes be more flowing and sometimes more static. The idea is to get yourself Un-Stuck! And there will always be an invitation to slow right down into a mindful and meditative state.
🌟There are options for all bodies and abilities, injuries and restrictions. Sometimes our biggest resistance is our mind and our perception of what we think we can and can’t do- we will support you to explore your ability and mobility with curiosity and reverence!
