Queen St Pilates Studio - one of Adelaide's leading Pilates studio's with a dedicated team of qualified instructors offering daily Equipment & Mat classes.

Our Pilates classes are 50 min in duration with only 4 clients per instructor for Equipment classes and 7 clients per instructor for Mat or Tower classes. This ensures you receive detailed individual attention and the best quality of instruction in every class. Saturdays are busy in both our pilates spaces!

Our beautiful studio offers fun and effective group Mat and Tower classes in one space and in our main room personalised Equipment Pilates in with 2-4 people per class designed for each individuals needs.

Our Mat and Tower space allows for 7 participants per class and makes use of various small props: foam rollers, magic circles, toning balls and much more!

Equipment Pilates includes not only Reformers but also Trapeze Tables, WundaChairs, Ladder Barrels and all the extras!

Pilates is a wonderful way to move your body, improve strength, coordination and balance and feel good in mind and body!

At Queen St Pilates our Equipment classes are designed to the individual.

You will receive a comprehensive initial assessment and private session to get you started the right way followed by small group sessions with a maximum of 4 per class.

Each class is focussed on your needs and goals and we maintain a record for each person to monitor progress and challenges.
