Lovely morning for a gentle run along the Hallett Cove boardwalk.
60 minutes, 7.2km, 997 calories burned. Couldn't quite break the magic thousand for the hour, but will keep trying to push the intensity.

So impressed with the ladies from my class today at Vital Body - between five of them they lifted a total of 9002kg in the kettle bell challenge!
Without expecting the second round, they far exceeded their first round lifts - sneaky ;)

This morning's self-inflicted workout - a circuit comprising a total of:
Burpees, 75
1-leg 1-arm KB squats, 120
Step jumps, 100
KB swings, 100
40 minutes, 542 calories torched. Still feeling sick, and now have to spend 7 1/2 hours on my feet at work.
My glutes will thank me...
