Notice of AGM Friday 28th August 2026

The 68th Annual General Meeting of the Western Youth Centre is to be held in the Bob Wohlenberg Function Room on Friday August 28th 2026, commencing at 7:30pm, with supper to follow.

The executive positions vacant this year are:

President
Deputy Vice President

Nominations close 12 noon, Friday 14th August 2026. Nomination forms are available from the WYC Office. Vacancies also exist for new Committee members, so please consider nominating.

Trophies and Awards for service to committees/clubs and outstanding sporting achievements will also be presented on the night.

PLEASE SEE THE LETTER BELOW FROM THE PRESIDENT OF WESTERN YOUTH CENTRE REGARDING A FEE INCREASE

Dear Kindergym families,

At our most recent board meeting on Monday 6th July, Kindergym fees were discussed. They have not gone up since at least 2018, and with increasing costs we have made the decision to raise the term fees from $100 per term to $110.
If you have any concerns or are in need of alternative payment options please discuss with Denise.
