Hey does anyone on here know anyone who can help my friend out and earn $40 in the process!?

She is Running two hour-long focus groups in Adelaide on Monday morning, to seek opinions on retirement in the Eastern suburbs.

We need people 65+ (end users) at 9am and people 40-65 (those assisting parents with the decision) at 11.30am. Venue is 230 Payneham Road, Payneham.

Participants will be paid $40 and offered refreshments.

New BJJ room

The new mats for the floor and padded walls are now installed, ready for BJJ classes.

We will be running BJJ classes twice a week with the plan for a third class when we have enough students.

BJJ will return to Iron Industry gym on some times during Mon to Thursday around 6.30-7.30pm x 2 sessions per week if demand goes up we awill have saturday lunch sessions added to the program, the coach is from CPA BJJ and is well qualified we look forward to getting our timetable up and running so we can announce class times for this and Tom returns also with his boxing classes!

I want to wish all members of City Gym a fond farewell. Unfortunately, and regretfully, the time has come for me to leave. I have loved my time here and I consider many of you as friends. I wish you all an easy transition through the new ownership and the renovations! I am sure you will all enjoy the improved facility and equipment. To Lincoln Chen, Jo Altman and Shayne Budgen I wish you guys all the best for the new gym and hope it will be a great success! Thanks especially to Josh and Shayne; keep in touch! Deb Dunkley
