Public Holiday Class Update

No classes will be held on Monday the 26th of January, 2026.
Instead Trinity is hosting an open mat. Please join us 10am to 12pm this Monday!

2025 Holidays Schedule!

With a few martial arts events coming up in January 2026, and athletes in fight camp, Trinity MMA has a busy schedule continuing over the Christmas and New Year holidays!

Our usual schedule will continue from the 2nd of January.

At the Arruda Team BJJ grading yesterday, Janet and Dom received their blue belts, and Matt received his brown belt.

Arruda Team Grading this Saturday!

Please join us at Arruda (Edwardstown) 11am Saturday the 13th of December for the BJJ team grading, to recognise and celebrate the progression of our team mates!

10am BJJ class and the 11am open mat sessions are cancelled Saturday.
MMA sparring is still on as we have team members preparing for Dynasty of Combat and DFC in the new year.

While we didn’t get the result we wanted, we’re incredibly proud of Damian for his performance on the weekend. We flew to Brisbane for Damian’s opportunity on Beatdown Promotions against an incredibly talented opponent.

Damian was able to withstand some crushing attacks and land some dangerous shots himself. Toby managed to land a clean liver shot though, and while Damian survived the punishing flurry to follow, he did get caught in a choke to finish the fight shortly after.

Congratulations to Toby Tsang on a great win and thank you to Beatdown Promotions for the fight. We’re proud of the improvements that Damian has made in his short time with us and we expect big things in the new year!

On Saturday the 8th of November we’re cancelling our 10am BJJ No Gi session.
Our Open Mat session and MMA Sparring is on as per our usual scheduled times.

At DFC 24 faced each in an exciting back and forth battle, showing the heart and determination of both athletes.

Jamie was able to secure a rear naked choke in the 3rd round and secure the win.
