A new chapter begins..
From May 18th, I’ll officially be joining Snap Fitness Northgate as a PT. You may also see me around Snap Fitness Modbury from time to time 👀
This move feels really aligned, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead. More coaching, more connection, and more helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with training.

Research shows menstrual cycle effects on performance are small and incredibly individual.

I took a month offline to refill my energy and actually look after myself again 🤍
I hit pause, reset my routines, and gave myself some space to feel like me again.
I’m back now, easing in with a clearer head and a lot more self-respect.
