People often start diets on Mondays

WHY? Because we offer what they need! A place to exercise thats welcoming, fun, and without judgement. They dont get bored with their sessions and our prices are fair.

But also, Im pretty likeable so they stick around because we become friends :)

Your workout does not have to be an hour long and have you wobbling out the door in pain for days to be effective!!!!

20 minutes is better then zero minutes.

Don't ever feel like your more time conscious sessions are not effective or that even training just once a week is not having a benefit. It all counts.

The most important step is the first one!

Dont get caught up in what you 'should' do, just start with what works for you. If thats starting with exercise great, if thats starting with nutrition, fabulous, if thats getting some extra support to help you, amazing!
