Congratulations to our president Melissa Fraser on winning Official of the year at the South Australian Little Athletics awards night held last Friday. Melissa started officiating when she was a little athlete at Woodville at the age of 13 and has never stopped, she was following in her mothers footsteps. She then went on to officiated at the Sydney 2000 Olympics & Para Olympics with her Mum and also went on to officiate at the 2006 & 2018 Com Games. Since her boys started at Woodville back in 2008 she has helped out every year at the club as well as officiating at most of the state events for SALAA from 2012 and is still voluntering. We congradulate Mel on receiving this award and as we know she works hard and is very deserving of this recognition.
