Everyone should watch this!!! Struggle to lose weight, get sick all the time and feeling tired easily etc....You may have problem with your GUT (digestive system).
I have very busy life, work in casino at night time 4-5 days a week, work in the gym during day time as trainer 3 times a week and I am part time University student too. How can I handle it? People think so much going on in my life and sound quite stressful (mentally and physically), how come my immune system still can handle it and not getting sick easily?!
I take care myself through my diet. Focus on what you eat and drink everyday, make some change and you will notice the differences. I am not a doctor but I am willing to make some changes to make my life and health better. He is a medical doctor!!
