Fiona ticked off a huge milestone this week – her very first run since having her baby. 🏃‍♀️❤️

I’m so proud of how far she has come.

Returning to exercise after pregnancy isn’t about rushing back or trying to “bounce back.” It’s about rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in your body one step at a time.

Over the past few months we’ve focused on getting stronger, improving fitness, and laying solid foundations. Seeing her head out for that first run feeling strong and capable was such a rewarding moment.

I absolutely love our sessions together and being part of the journey as she gets fitter, stronger, and more confident in what her body can do.

The best part isn’t just the run itself—it’s seeing her realise how capable she really is.

Can’t wait to see what milestone comes next. 💪✨

Two of my clients… both called Lisa 😅

These two strong, powerful women have been training with me for the last 7–8 months and it’s been incredible watching what consistent strength training can do.

Both are passionate runners, but the goal was never just to “lift weights” — it was to build stronger, more resilient bodies that could support their running, reduce injuries, and help them feel powerful in everyday life too.

And they’ve absolutely done that.
Stronger than ever. More confident. Running better than ever. Recovering better. Moving better.

I love our sessions together. The banter is nonstop, the work ethic is unreal, and they always bring the energy even on the tough days.

Watching women realise how capable and strong they really are will always be one of my favourite parts of this job 💪

I love weight training for so many reasons… but it all comes back to one thing — how it makes you feel.

Strong. Capable. Confident in your own body.

It’s not about chasing a number on the scale. It’s about picking up things you never thought you could. Moving better. Standing taller. Backing yourself.

For me, it’s also about aging well… or better yet, aging strong.
Building muscle, supporting your joints, protecting your bones — setting yourself up not just for now, but for years to come.

And honestly, one of the best parts of what I do is watching my clients discover this for themselves.
Women who once felt unsure in the gym now lifting, moving, and carrying themselves like they own the space. That shift is everything.

If you’ve been wanting to start but don’t know how — you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Reach out. I’d love to help you become the strongest version of yourself 💪

One of the best parts of what I do is helping women realise they truly belong in the gym. 🤍

So many walk in feeling nervous, intimidated, unsure where to start, or thinking they’re “too old”, “too unfit”, or that everyone is watching them. Then slowly… everything changes.

They learn the movements. They build strength. They gain confidence. They stop second guessing themselves and start walking through the gym like they own the place. 🔥

And honestly? Watching my older women bench press, squat, and lift in ways they never thought they could gives me butterflies every single time. Seeing that look on their face when they realise I can do this makes me so proud.

Because it’s never just about the weights. It’s about confidence, independence, resilience, and proving to yourself that you are capable at any age. 💪🏼

The gym is not only for the young or experienced. It’s for every woman ready to back herself.

You belong here too. ✨

Consistency over perfection. That’s the real secret.

Everyone wants results fast… but your body doesn’t work on a 2-week timeline. It works on what you do consistently over months.

If you feel like things “aren’t working,” zoom out and check the basics:

✔️ Are you hitting your protein most days? (this supports muscle, metabolism, and keeps you full)
✔️ Are you moving your body regularly? (steps, training, staying active)
✔️ Are your calories aligned with your goal? (not perfect—just consistent)

You don’t need extreme diets.
You don’t need to slash calories or cut out entire food groups.

You need time + consistency.

Fat loss and body composition changes are slow, but they’re also predictable when you stick to the fundamentals.

Small, repeatable actions → real results.

Stay patient. Stay consistent.

Strength training isn’t about ego.
It’s not about lifting the heaviest in the gym.
And it’s definitely not about punishing your body.

It’s about building a body that supports your life.

Strength training means:

✔️ Carrying all the groceries in one trip
✔️ Picking up your kids without hurting your back
✔️ Feeling confident in your posture
✔️ Protecting your bone density as you age
✔️ Improving insulin sensitivity and metabolism
✔️ Supporting hormone health (especially through peri/post menopause)
✔️ Building muscle so you don’t lose it year after year

After 30, we naturally lose muscle mass if we don’t train for it.
After 40, it becomes even more important.
After 50, it’s non-negotiable.

And no — lifting weights won’t make you bulky.
It will make you capable.

Strong glutes protect your back.
Strong legs protect your knees.
Strong shoulders improve posture.
Strong core improves everything.

You don’t need 2-hour workouts.
You don’t need to train every day.
You don’t need to “smash” yourself.

You need consistency.
Progressive overload.
Enough protein.
Patience.

Build strength now so future you says thank you.

Train for life — not just for looks 💪🏼

No sunrise. No rush. Just a beautiful morning out in Adelaide 🌿

Met a friend for a hike and it was one of those perfect Adelaide days — blue skies, fresh air, and wildlife quietly going about their morning. Kangaroos in the distance, birds everywhere, and that peaceful feeling you only get when you’re out on the trails.

Movement doesn’t always need to be fast or intense. Sometimes it’s steady steps, good conversation, and appreciating how lucky we are to have scenery like this right on our doorstep.

Beautiful morning. Beautiful company. Beautiful Adelaide. 💛

Lift weights. Eat protein. Repeat.

If you want a strong, capable body (now and as you age), these two things matter more than almost anything else.

• Weights tell your body to build and keep muscle
• Protein gives your body the building blocks to actually do it

Without protein, your training doesn’t work as well.
Without weights, that protein doesn’t get used where you want it.

You don’t need to live in the gym.
You don’t need perfection.
You just need consistency.

Train your muscles. Feed them properly.
Your future body will thank you 💪🥩
