Have you ever spoken to someone about their problem and asked them....What do you think?.....only to have them answer with “I don’t know?”.....even when the answer is so simple and right in front of them?

This is our brains literally ignoring the answer and solution because it would force our ego to give in, often change, and it doesn’t like it.

You aren’t that special, the problem you have has also been has by hundreds of others before you, and this is a great thing because it means there is already an answer to it....all you have to do is action the solution.

From inside our own heads it can often be hard to see....that’s why you should surround yourself with people that aren’t just going to agree with you but ones that will be real with you, honest, and tell you how it is.

So if you have a problem at the moment and “Just can’t figure it out” that’s ok, but doing nothing about it isn’t any good, go speak to someone who will be real with you and they will probably be able to answer it within minutes.

It is actually just your body trying to cool itself down to keep homeostasis. The amount you sweat has nothing to do with; How much fat you lose, calories you are burning, how good your workout is, how much progress you are making.

If it had anything to do with progress I would at the summer and Winter Olympics for multiple sports.

Use better measures of progress then how much you sweat in a training session, how many reps you do, how much weight you lifted, how fast you ran, the quality of your movements.
