With the networks issues today, many of us found ourselves in an unexpected pause — or a bit of chaos.

I took a moment to breathe (or maybe sigh!) and notice.

What did you do when things went quiet or crazy?

My path has not been determined. I shall have more experiences and pass many more milestones.
— Agnetha Fältskog

Today marks a personal milestone: 50 years since my Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) diagnosis.

It’s been a windy path, but I’m thriving, helping others navigate change and living an intentional life that I love.

When this photo was taken, doctors predicted serious complications and a shorter life overall. My family fought before I knew how. Then I fought because I could.

Now I live in health and harmony, far beyond anything I imagined.

Bruce Lipton’s work invites us to look at the relationship between our beliefs, our biology, and the way we move through the world.

His research in epigenetics highlights something both empowering and humbling — our internal environment matters. The signals we send through our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions can influence how our system responds.

This doesn’t mean “mind over matter.” It means mind with matter — a partnership between our biology and our beliefs.

For many people, this opens a doorway to gentle inner work: noticing old patterns, updating outdated beliefs, and creating space for new experiences to emerge.

World Wellbeing Week is a good moment to pause and ask:
What beliefs are shaping the way I feel today?

World Wellbeing Week is a gentle reminder to pause, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with the quieter signals of your system.

Small shifts in belief can create meaningful shifts in experience

World Wellbeing Week begins today, and it feels like the right moment to acknowledge the thinkers who shaped the tools I use in my work.

Rob Williams, the founder of Psych‑K, often describes the process as something that “came through me, not from me.”

His work explores how our subconscious beliefs influence our choices, our wellbeing, and the way we experience everyday life.
It’s a gentle reminder that wellbeing isn’t only about what we do... it’s also about the beliefs we hold and the stories we carry.

A grounding way to begin the week.
