Spring Growth & Renewal Retreat!
Wow, what a beautiful group of women said yes to a day for them to Rest & Reconnect.
Connecting to nature, meditation, dance 💃, yoga 🧘‍♀️ , delicious food (thank you mum 🙏), horse healing, sauna, sound healing & relaxation.
I feel so lucky to be able to share what I have learnt with others. They say in yoga you are living your dharma when you find your life’s purpose. I certainly feel like I have found mine.
I’ve been dreaming of running retreats like this for years & it’s now happening. One of those moments you punch yourself!
So grateful for my family & friends & their incredible support
