I like to say a big thank you to all Beach Pilates past and present clients. Our pilates studio will be closing from today. Both Koren and I drove down to Wesley Private Hospital on Saturday afternoon, after the amazing Dr Sandy Skinner called us on Saturday( her day off) to tell us Koren blood test is not good. Wow what a different a day can make. Koren is going in for a bone marrow test tomorrow as we have just found out she has leukaemia and on Wednesday she will start four weeks of intensive chemotherapy. Both Koren and I will probably be in Brisbane for the next three to four months in and out of hospital. One thing that I can say is how amazing ouw small town is we love you Agnes Water and 1770, the special friends we have, thank you for all your support. Michael and Koren James Beach House Pilates.

Today is World Pilates Day 🌎 an international celebration of Joseph Pilates’ revolutionary fitness method. We are so grateful to him for creating this movement. Getting ready for our next block of sessions at Beach House Studio Pilates starting Tuesday 30/4, limited availability in 2pm Tuesday Beginner class, 7am Tuesday Intermediate/advanced class, 6am intermediate class Wednesday and 7am Jump Board class and finally new class at 5.30pm Thursday intermediate/advanced class.
