Incorporating breathwork and meditation to allow the mind and body to relax and moving into gentle stretches to open and create space in the fascia. Building into strength and balance with the support of the Chair.

Thursday 16th May
8.00 - 9.00am

Meditation, breathwork incorporated, along with stretch and strength poses. Working into core poses on the mat at latter end of class.

Cost: $10 per session

Includes meditation and breathwork, stretch and strength poses. Working into core and glutes poses either on the chair or advancing to the mat.
