Wednesday night ladies crew doing breakfalls.
Sounds boring until you slip, trip, get thrown, or hit the deck like a bag of wet cement.
This is the stuff that saves your head, your back, your wrists, and your pride.
Anyone can fall like a sack of potatoes.
We’re teaching them to fall like mad dogs.

13 and 14 years old, already moving different.
This is what happens when kids stick with jiu jitsu — they start thinking under pressure, creating angles, staying calm, and pulling off techniques most adults haven’t even seen before.
Awesome to watch the next generation coming through with their own style.
Philip Hitschmann went full John Danaher tonight.
Leg locks, confused faces, sore ankles, and everyone slowly realising their feet are no longer safe.
Packed mats, good energy, and the crew is getting sharper every week.

Kids grading day at CAZA.
These little legends started out not knowing an armbar from a cartwheel.
Now they’re earning stripes, building confidence, and learning how to handle themselves on and off the mats.
The future is looking pretty dangerous for the rest of the world.

We see future world champions in all aspects of life.
One belt at a time.
One round at a time.
One choke at a time.
BJJ all the way.
