Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We regularly focus on safe landings and are so glad that this training helped out in the real word and that your daughter is safe!
At EKGA we make sure that in every class we teach gymnastics, make it fun and keep the kids safe.
At EKGA Gymsports we have three goals: To Teach Gymnastics, To Make it Fun and To Keep the Kids Safe. We are a family-owned business and understand what families are looking for at a gymnastics club. We know preschoolers want to have FUN and have friendly coaches. We know school-age gymnasts want to learn cool new tricks and make new friends. And we know competitive squad gymnasts want to represent the club and they want to WIN!

โจ Meet the Coach: Mila โจ
Mila is a shining example of what dedication and passion can achieve. Coming through our Junior Coaching Program, sheโs grown into an incredible role model for our gymnasts.
This year, Mila made history as our first ever WAG EKGA gymnast to represent Victoria at a national level โ and brought home GOLD on Beam! ๐ฅ
Beyond her achievements, Mila is known for her gentle and kind approach, creating a supportive environment where our young gymnasts feel safe, confident, and excited to learn new skills.
Weโre so proud to have Mila as part of our coaching team ๐

Before every confident handstand you see, there are countless moments of learning along the way.
One of the ways our coaches help gymnasts build confidence is through safe spotting techniques. By supporting the legs during a handstand, coaches can guide body alignment, encourage correct technique and help athletes develop the strength and body awareness needed to perform the skill independently.
Every gymnast progresses at their own pace, and every assisted repetition is another step towards confidence, control and independence.
It's not just about learning a handstandโit's about building the foundations for many skills to come.
Follow our page for more insights into how our athletes learn, grow and thrive.
Which design is your favourite?

Looking for the right activity for your child can feel overwhelming.
Many of the families who join EKGA tell us that reading reviews from other parents helped them take that first step.
If your family has enjoyed being part of EKGA, we'd be so grateful if you could share your experience with a Google or Facebook review. Your kind words help other families discover our club and give them confidence to start their own gymnastics journey.
Thank you for being part of our community.
Leave us a review and help another family find their home at EKGA.

What's one quality every parent hopes their child develops?
For us, it's confidence.
Our Ninja classes are designed to help children take on challenges, back themselves and celebrate every small win along the way. Every new skill they learn is another reminder that they are capable of more than they thought.
That's the way.
Follow our page to watch our Ninjas grow in confidence, strength and resilience every week.
