This August, we're encouraging our members to help build a stronger, more connected community by inviting a friend to work out FREE every Friday!

As part of our support for Loneliness Awareness Week and our Myzone Mental Health Challenge, we're opening our doors to help more people experience the benefits of movement, connection, and community.

💪 Here's how it works:
✅ Every Friday throughout August
✅ Current members can bring ONE friend for FREE
✅ Enjoy a workout, group fitness class, or simply spend time together

We have been advised that Ferny Hills pool has been experiencing heating issues and the 50m pool is below temperature.

Any SQUAD swimmers that normally train on Friday morning, please note that sessions are cancelled for tomorrow morning.

If any casual swimmers are wanting more information please contact Ferny Hills pool tomorrow for temperature updates.

While Tai Chi is on hold, Georgina will be running Mindful Movement classes on 13 and 20 August at 1pm. These gentle sessions focus on mobility, balance and functional movement, with standing and chair-based exercises.

Please note there will be no class on 18 August.

Chair Yoga with Kathleen starts 25 August and will run every Tuesday and Thursday.
