Rising Sun Retreat 2027 🌿
27–30 May 2027

Our next S&J Wellness Retreat is coming together beautifully, and we’re getting more excited as the months roll on. EcoView has been undergoing some incredible upgrades, including the beautiful new mineral pool, and there will be even more for us to enjoy when we return next May.

As we head towards the end of the year and 2027 plans start making their way into the diary, now is a great time to save the dates.

Places are intentionally limited to keep this a small and intimate retreat experience.

Friday Movers ✨

Moving with intention, control, and confidence as they head into their weekend.

Fridays session was all about the Cadillac — one of the most versatile and supportive pieces of Pilates equipment, allowing us to challenge strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness in so many different ways.

What makes this photo even more special? These amazing clients are in their 60s and 70s. 💛

They continue to show up, stay curious, challenge themselves, and invest in their health and wellbeing week after week. They are proof that it’s never too late to build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.

The beauty of Pilates lies in the apparatus. While Reformer pilates is valuable, the full Pilates method includes all of the equipment that Joseph Pilates designed to support, challenge, and transform movement.

This is why we love our boutique studio environment — small groups, individual attention, and access to specialised apparatus like the Cadillac. It’s movement tailored to the individual, regardless of age or ability.

A wonderful way to finish the week: moving well, feeling strong, and celebrating what our bodies can do. ✨

Age is just a number. Movement is for life.

And that’s a wrap on our 2026 Retreat 🤍✨

What an unforgettable few days filled with Pilates, meditation, healing, laughter, connection, incredible food, beautiful surroundings, and the most amazing group 🌿

We’ve made memories & are far too many photos and special moments to share in just one post!

To everyone who joined us, thank you for bringing your energy, openness, friendship, and willingness to embrace every experience. You made this retreat everything it was and more.
Our hearts are full, our cups are overflowing, and we’re already dreaming about doing it all again next year.
Until then, thank you for being part of something truly special. ✨

Who’s ready for Retreat 2027? 🔥

30/05/2026

Our final night at retreat ✨🔥
As the sun set on an incredible few days together, we gathered around the fire pit reflecting on everything we’ve shared — Pilates, movement, meditation, healing, laughter, connection, and so many beautiful moments in between.

Today was a day of slowing down, tuning in, and embracing the power of stillness. To finish our retreat surrounded by such wonderful men & women, meaningful conversations, and the warmth of the fire was the perfect way to close this chapter.

A grateful heart, a full cup, and memories that will stay with us long after we leave. Thank you to every amazing human who joined us and made this retreat so special.

Until next time… 🤍✨
