63-64kg > 58.5kg
Jodie has followed an exercise program and meal plan for the past ten weeks and I am so stoked with her progress!
The goal was to lean up whilst working on muscle growth and maintenance (glutes in particular). We had her on just below maintenance calories, high protein and 5 days of weight training.
Can’t wait to jump into another set of plans when Jodie returns from her holidays, we expect weight to maintain or increase whilst we build more muscle and maintain that tight physique🙌🏽👸
Super appreciative to have a client who receives the plan and executes to the best of her ability 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I have never had genetically big glutes or legs and I have always carried body fat in my stomach, back and b***s. This was always been my biggest insecurity and still is🤷🏽♀️
Growing my glutes has been my focus for years and it’s paying off (about time). But this is a friendly reminder that it does take time and everybody is built different. This is a result of consistent, hard leg days 2-3 days per week for years and consistently monitoring protein intake.
Forever jealous of the itty bitty waist and big leg girls but luckily I love training hard 🤝

Her best package yet and a 6kg drop! 🎉
I am so proud of this legend, keeping to the meal plan, whilst being honest if she hadn’t and listening to her body for re feeds. Training 2 groups per week as well as 2-3 weight days in the gym. We also added cardio to these last few weeks, without it being a form of punishment. 👏🏽
Anyone that trains with Em knows she pushes herself and always shows up, this challenge was a perfect example 👏🏽🎉
So fu***ng happy you are my client and I am so excited to see where we end up in the next few years🏆🥹❤️
