A great day at the office yesterday with the stable enjoying a treble, all piloted by the talented young apprentice Jefferson Tsang.

Our first runner HEAD’EM kicked our day off with a dominant win in race two. A patient and confident ride from Jefferson gave “Shooter” every chance to run them down, four wide, and get the job done 🥇

CRYSTALIST boxed on strongly and got the head down where it counted in a nail biting finish. Lovely to see this horse get the job done, he’s been consistent all season and has been knocking on the door.

REGGIO CALABRIA relished the win last start and made it back to back. From near last, he circled the field and wore them down in the staight, skipping clear to win by just shy of 3 lengths.

🎖️MAJOR FLIRT🎖️

Our Rommel c**t “Boots” skipped the flirting to go on and get the job done at headquarters today at his third start.

A masterful ride from young apprentice Zephen Johnston-Porter, who didn’t hesitate when a sliver of daylight came at a crucial stage. The c**t dug deep under confident guidance and burst through to win by half a length in a thrilling finish.

Big thank you to our supportive owners and congratulations, no doubt the win was that little bit sweeter at such a price.

The staff at home do a fantastic job and today’s win is a credit to the team 🫶

💝 GIFT OF THE HEART 💝

A gutsy win by our gelding in the last at Albany yesterday, after a haze of delays 🥴

Piloted forward in a clever ride by Jefferson Tsang, he sat on the speed and, when tackled in the straight by favourite Flick The Switch, surged clear to win comfortably by a length.

Congratulations to the connections of “Brad” who have gifted this horse with patience and perseverance in ownership, and in turn have received equal amounts of grit and effort from the horse.

Special thanks and mention to jockey Elisha Whittington who has been riding work for the stable. Fitting in time to work with our team, in addition to the travel required to do that, is not an easy task and is something we are so grateful for.

That’s a wrap on the Broome season 😮‍💨

💃 On Ladies Day, our girl TOPAZ ( ) dug deep under a peach of a ride from Jefferson Tsang to get the job done, with stablemates Wicked One, Rose of Denmark and Hide The Oreos all chiming in with handy placings.

Unlucky not to score a treble on Cup Day, we finished with a double and started off strong with notable runs from Twisted Trickster and Lady Cabernet, picking up two seconds in the first two races.

🥇 HIDE THE OREOS 🥇 proved once again how much he loves Broome, backing up on the four-day turnaround to win Race 3 with his ears pricked.

🥇 ALOTTA DANE 🥇 relished the step out over 2020m in the last of the day, rewarding his very patient owners with the exciting win we always knew he had in him.

🥂 Best of all, we got to share the wins with some of our amazing owners who made the trip up to Broome. Celebrating together on course (and with those cheering from home) made it all the more special. Huge congrats to all our winning connections – we hope you loved it as much as we did!

🙏 Massive thanks to jockeys Jefferson Tsang, John Kissick & Austin Galati for steering them home, and especially to our stable jock Jezza Noske who not only rides on race days but also puts in endless hours at trackwork, the beach and with the groundwork. These results are a credit to her hard work alongside the whole crew behind the scenes.

A double for the team at Albany yesterday 🤩

YARDSTICK got the chocolates after some gutsy runs this prep. With a perfectly timed ride from Amy Jo Hayes, he dug deep to get the nose down right where it counted and take out Race 3 on the card.

Shortly after, GIFT OF THE HEART and Amy combined once again, finding the front and daring the rest to catch them (they couldn’t!). The dominant win completed a well-deserved hat trick for the gelding who has returned to form in wonderful style.

A huge thank you to Amy — it’s an absolute privilege having you bring the team’s hard work to life out on the track.

Massive congratulations to the connections of Gift Of The Heart on another fantastic win, and to the amazing group of owners in Yardstick, who have been rewarded for their patience and support with a well-deserved win!

It was a good day at our home track yesterday with Austin Galati booting home two winners for the stable 👏

🥇ALOTTA DANE 🥇

Our home bred A-Lot gelding finally got the choccies yesterday and did it with a sassy pigroot to the line. A change of tactics last start saw a huge improvement and we were quietly confident he could pull through this start. He's a quirky horse with patient connections who have allowed us to give him time to mature and learn his craft, we couldn't be happier to see him reward that patience.

The 3YO Gingerbread Man gelding, fondly known as "Wizard"/"Marshall", secured his second win in just four starts off the back of a Maiden win at Mt Barker. He's looking like a nice horse going through his classes. Big thank-you to Greenfields Lodge it's wonderful to have the support of his breeders who have followed him and kept in touch.

A couple of gutsy runs from the stablemates Yardstick and Niccy's Affair under the steer of Amy Jo Hayes rounded off a rewarding day with some minor placings 🥈🥈💪
