Well that’s a wrap for 2025, and it’s time for our Christmas & New Year break folks!!🎉

What an awesome turn out for our last 2025 Yoga session at Albany Surf Life Saving Club this morning…you guys rock!!
I’d like to say a huge thank you for your dedication to your practice and your love of a sunrise yoga session with like minded souls.

We will recommence our 6am Surf Club sessions after our two week break on Wednesday the 7th of January 2026.
Sessions will remain 6-7am, open to all levels of yoga experience, bring your own mat and no bookings required.

Finally I hope you have a happy, safe and stress free Christmas and New Year. Happy holidays everyone, see you in 2026!🎉

We are moving ....
As of Wednesday 1st of March 2023 my 6am Yoga with Joy will be moving back into the Albany Yoga Studio, 90 Frederick Street Albany, whist some pretty amazing renovations happen at the Albany Surf Club.
And folks it's only a temporary so long for now to the beautiful view and sunrise over Binalup / Middleton Beach..thank you early morning sun for making our last class a spectacular view of sunrise delight ......we will be back.
